Privacy Policy

1. What the App is

Pharmacy Compass is only a connector between patients and pharmacies. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment information. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist.

2. Data we collect

• Name, email address and phone number
• Gender and age (patients)
• Pharmacy details: pharmacy name, address, city and phone (pharmacy accounts)
• Location / city, used to find nearby and night pharmacies
• Medication requests and orders you submit, including optional photos of drugs or prescriptions
• Pharmacy responses (availability and price)

3. Why we collect it

• To create and secure your account
• To send your medication request to pharmacies in your area
• To let the pharmacy you choose contact you and show you its details
• To prevent abuse and keep the service safe

4. How data is stored

Data is stored on a secure cloud database (Supabase) with encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access rules and private, access-controlled photo storage.

5. Who can see your data

• You can see all your own data.
• A pharmacy can see a request you send to its area, and your contact details only in connection with your request.
• Patients see a pharmacy's name, phone and address after the pharmacy responds.
• No other users can see your data.

6. We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers.

7. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the App: Settings > Delete Account. This removes your profile, requests, responses and uploaded photos.

8. Data retention

Requests are hidden from your list a few hours after they finish. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account. Limited logs may be kept for security for a short period.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, strict access rules, content moderation and restricted administrative access. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Children's privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 or older, or minors under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us to remove such data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
