Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for lawful requests to locate medication.
• Do not post offensive, false, or explicit content, or spam pharmacies.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe, for the accuracy of your information, and for all activity under your account. Pharmacy accounts must be operated by licensed pharmacies or their authorized staff.

3. Pharmacy subscriptions

• Pharmacies may subscribe to monthly, 6-month or annual plans.
• Prices are shown before purchase and are paid in advance for the selected period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Not a medical service

Pharmacy Compass is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. Stock availability and prices are provided by pharmacies and may not always be accurate or current. Confirm with the pharmacy before travelling or purchasing.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, for information provided by pharmacies, or for any transaction between patients and pharmacies.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
